All availability is subject to contract, inspection and owner approval.

Availability

The buildings are offered for sale to a suitable applicant who can safely and professionally dismantle and remove them from the site. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, and no arrangement exists until agreed in writing with the owner.

Applicant responsibilities

The successful applicant is responsible for all dismantling, labour, plant and equipment, transport, insurance, waste handling and site-clearance costs, and for leaving the site clean and safe.

Condition

The structures are offered as seen. No representation, warranty or certification is given regarding structural condition, materials, suitability for any purpose, age, planning status or compliance. Applicants must arrange their own independent professional assessment.

Selection

The owner may select an applicant based on experience, safety, timeframe and overall proposal, and is not obliged to accept the highest financial offer or any proposal at all.

Proposals

Submitting a proposal does not guarantee acceptance. Proposals are treated as private and are not published. Information provided must be accurate.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, the owner accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on the information on this site.
