Site access

The site is private. Inspections are by appointment only and must be arranged in advance. Unauthorised access is not permitted under any circumstances.

Applicant obligations

• Work to a documented safe working method and removal plan.
• Use qualified personnel and appropriate, well-maintained equipment.
• Hold suitable public liability and contractor insurance.
• Comply with all applicable health and safety requirements.
• Manage waste responsibly and leave the site clean and safe.

Assessment

No structural assessment is provided by the owner. Applicants must satisfy themselves as to the condition of the structures and the risks involved before any works begin.
