Information collected

We collect the contact details, building selection, proposal details and any supporting documents you choose to submit. A honeypot field and basic rate limiting are used to reduce automated spam.

How the information is used

Submissions are used solely to assess proposals for the dismantling and removal of the buildings, and to contact you about your proposal. Proposals are treated as private and are never displayed publicly.

Storage and access

Submissions and uploaded documents are stored in a private, access-controlled database and file store. Only Bradley or an authorised representative may review them.

Retention

Submissions are retained only for as long as necessary to assess proposals and complete any resulting arrangement.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by contacting Bradley at enquiries@herefordshire-steel-buildings.co.uk.

No non-essential tracking or advertising cookies are used on this site. Analytics placeholders exist in the code but remain disabled.
